H Company dropped Holo3 on March 31, a pair of mixture-of-experts models built specifically for controlling desktop applications. The flagship Holo3-122B-A10B posted 78.85% on OSWorld-Verified, which, if the number holds up under independent scrutiny, makes it the top-scoring model on the leading desktop computer-use benchmark. Only 10 billion of its 122 billion parameters are active at inference time.

The smaller Holo3-35B-A3B, with just 3 billion active parameters, scored 77.8% on the same test and is available on Hugging Face under Apache 2.0. Both models are fine-tuned from Qwen3.5 base models and trained through what H calls an "agentic learning flywheel," a three-stage pipeline of synthetic navigation data, out-of-domain augmentation, and curated reinforcement learning. H also built a synthetic environment factory that spins up fake enterprise apps for training and evaluation, producing 486 multi-step tasks across e-commerce, business software, and cross-application workflows.

H Company, formerly Holistic AI, was founded in Paris in 2023 by Charles Kantor and Laurent Sifre alongside three other DeepMind veterans. The startup pulled in a $220 million seed round in May 2024 from backers including Eric Schmidt, Amazon, Samsung, and UiPath. Three of the five co-founders left months later over operational disagreements. Pricing runs $0.40/$3.00 per million input/output tokens for the 122B model, while the 35B variant costs $0.25/$1.80 and offers a free tier with rate limits. Enterprise customers are the obvious target, but the Apache 2.0 weights open the door for anyone willing to self-host.

Bottom Line

H Company's Holo3-122B scores 78.85% on OSWorld-Verified with only 10B active parameters, while the smaller 35B variant ships open-source under Apache 2.0.
